5. John Cena vs. AJ Styles. Money in the Bank 2016.
This
match is an immediate entry in to any Top 5 list simply because of the many
great and classic moments that occurred in this match. One bad part about this
great match though, was The Club’s (Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows)
interference at the last part of this match. Which caused AJ Styles to win this
match.

The 2016 Royal Rumble Match.
This
was no ordinary Royal Rumble match, this was for the coveted WWE World
Heavyweight Championship. With the theme of this match being “One Versus All”
this was truly one of the best Royal Rumble matches in recent memory simply
because of the few (but sweet) returns and debuts of some superstars namely:
Triple H and AJ Styles. In the end, Triple H overcame the odds and won
the WWE
Championship.

Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks vs. Becky Lynch. WWE Women’s Title. WrestleMania 32.
This
is the only women’s division match in this top 5 for one reason, the sheer
respect the three women and the world of women’s wrestling gained in this
match. Another reason is the many OMG moments that occurred in this match.
Unfortunately, this match came at a slightly bad ending due to the Nature Boy
Ric Flair’s interference, which caused his daughter Charlotte to win the new
WWE Women’s Championship.

Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins. WWE World Heavy Weight Championship. WWE Money
in the Bank 2016
This
match came so close to the number one position in this top 5 simply because of
the many near falls and high impact moves. In the end, Seth Rollins won the
World Title, but the newly crowned Mr. Money in the Bank Dean Ambrose performed
the second-ever cash-in that happened the same night that the superstar won the
briefcase and he pinned Rollins and won the WWE Championship.

Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Sami Zayn. NXT
TakeOver Dallas
This match clinched the
number one spot because this had phenomenal technical moves. This ended up
being Sami Zayn’s final NXT match before moving on to the main roster. In the
final moments of this match, Nakamura hit his signature knee strike to win this
epic match-up
