Seriously, when was the last time you actually stuck to your new years resolution?
You say to yourself your going to exercise or go on a diet or something like that but did you? No!
I'm not speaking for everyone. Congratulations to those people.
I actually "plagiarized" this from the classmate next to me.
Enough side tangent.
I'm also pretty sure you want abs.
My classmate actually said that out loud. You try going "weightlifting" and 5 days later you find yourself at a McDonalds. Like this photo:https://i.pinimg.com/736x/3b/1b/18/3b1b183e5fb08025206c840fb182bdbe--breakfast-biscuits-funny-diet.jpg |

*QUE INSPARATIONAL SPEECH*
Fitness diets are really hard to keep, which is kinda ironic considering that now we have to simulate hard labor to reap the health benefits of them. You really have to work out to do this go the hard way instead of the easy one. Do stuff you never thought you would do to achieve it (except a rapid weight loss drug, that's just gonna make you burn from the inside). If you want to get fit Just do it (TM).
I'm not discouraging you by saying it's impossible to achieve your new years goals. I'm just pointing out your mistake.
\You can start small if you want. you can run % feet in one day and later on do 50 then do a hundred.
Or you can be like me and not do your new years resolution ;) (J.K.)
